Primary Health Care Research Day 2018
When: June 4, 2018

Who: Patients and community members, students, residents, faculty, researchers, health care providers, policy and decision makers, and the primary health care research community.
Why: To highlight primary health care research being conducted in the province, while providing a forum to meet, share work, make connections, and build relationships.

Primary Health Care Research Day is proud to be an accredited Patients Included conference. A bursary program is available for patients and caregivers who wish to attend research day. All patients should register by applying for the bursary. The deadline to apply for the bursary is May 14.

Why: To explore the how/when/where and, especially, the why of engaging patients in primary health care research through stories of patient engagement from Colorado, USA. Local panelists, including a local patient advocate, will bring perspectives on how patient engagement in primary health care research is unfolding in Nova Scotia.
