How Primary Care Can Better Support Aging Populations  

This two-part panel-style series explores how primary care can better support aging populations through a combination of expert perspectives and collaborative discussion. 

Featured panelists have been invited to help frame the conversation and share insights from their work and lived experiences. However, all are welcome to attend one or both sessions. Throughout the sessions, participants will have opportunities to ask questions, contribute ideas, share experiences, and engage in facilitated discussions.  

Part 1: Perspectives & Emerging Ideas

This session will introduce key concepts, emerging evidence, current challenges, and diverse perspectives related to supporting older adults in and through primary care.
