BRIC NS is pleased to announce that we have partnered with the Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation to offer the BRIC NS Student Research Award as a supplementary award to the Scotia Scholars Award. Two awards of $1500 will be given annually to Master’s/PhD students working in primary and integrated health care research in an area related to the mandate of BRIC NS.
Requirements:
- Must apply for and meet all of the eligibility requirements for the
Scotia Scholar’s Award (Master’s or PhD level) - Be engaged in primary and integrated health care research related to patients with complex needs over the life course.
- Must submit a one page description of the proposed research and how it aligns with the BRIC NS mandate and research priorities. Must also include a knowledge translation plan.
